I had to change the outgoing stmp to 587 and uncheck the "connect using a secure server." Go to accounts (in the upper toolbar), properties, advanced. I looked for the server mail.XXXX.co.jp and it doesn't exist to ask them what settings to use. Have you tried restarting your computer? This email account may technically "no longer exist", for example, if you've updated the email account's settings within Live Mail. Open a command window and enter:telnet smtp.comcast.net 587The server will respond with something like220 omta22.westchester.pa.mail.comcast.net comcast ESMTP server readyif you're able to connect. In the box next to "Outgoing Mail(POP3)" enter 995 and make sure that the checkbox below that is checked.
