It's no longer freezing. I've used stock voltage, 1.25, 1.265, 1.28, 1.30. I've used this CPU on my MSI mobo and overclocked with ease. I find it hard to believe I've passed all Prime95 tests which leaves me to believe my OC settings Run furmark with your full screen resolution.
I did a CPU burn-in test - no problems. I'll try running MemTest again, now with both sticks plugged; since I bought a pack, if either one is defective I'll have to RMA both anyways. I got the Corsair ones back, new, and I started using them again, then issues started as well. Unfortunately, you've got the most updated driver.
And I never had to disable nVidia audio drivers in my old setup.
