I compledted the solution 3 download but don't know where to go from there. In another thread about this reset, several users have posted their logs which have lined indicating "access denied" so you probably need to run cmd.exe as Administrator to overcome that if I am not using a new computer, it is a free upgrade from 7 to 10. Tried reinstall the two programs, doesn't work You said that you can still access the internet in IE
