Lookslike one stick is bad, but since I cought them as a combo they ALL get to go back in the RMA. Sometimes windows does not have the correct AHCI/RAID driver so when that is installed and the computer is restarted it crashes on the next boot.

(I verified these disks on a working PC and was able to boot to the drive selection Because I had 8G8GB and only 1 only 1 DIMM was loose, 32-bit worked fine but 64-bit died at startup, even booting from the install disk. You can also google it yourself for specs to see if it says its UEFI.
